Dealing with anger

The best way to deal with anger is to forgive and move on with your life. But the best way isn't always the practical way or something that can actually be done. But anger can and should be dealt with lest it turn you into a beast that you begin to hate.
One other way could be to ignore the source of the anger and pretend it doesn't exist. The problem with this approach is that the feelings flare up without warning and take a huge toll on your emotions.
There is the confrontational approach. This is highly satisfying but does not always bring about an end to the issue at hand. You vent out your anger, let the other person know how you feel. But then this might lead to a strained relationship or a fight or a rupture in the relationship that can never be healed. You might feel lighter and happier though.
At the end of the day, you matter the most. And maybe it's just okay to get mad, get back at people, tell them they suck and cut them off your life.
