Some uncharitable thoughts, a lot of misdirected rage...It isn't very cool or comforting to have em take over your waking hours...but yeah...as a friend of mine often says...Shit happens ....
After hours and days agonising over what went wrong or what is wrong, you realize that it is your intrinsic need for martyrdom and melodrama that is to blame to a larger extent. Of course there are people who you want to beat up and spit on, but again they would cease to exist if you do not think about them.
Maybe it is your head that needs to be trampled on and rested for a while ...Wishful thinking ...
