BAN on smoking in public spaces from today.

BAN. Good for non smokers and people like me who suffer the smoke inside the buses, at the bus stops, at hotels , at the beach...the list goes on...
but is it even right to ban smoking?
Is it not an infringement on our rights?
not that smoking is one of the fundamental rights... but still..can the state tell us what to do?
Is it good? passive smoking is harmful, we injure ourselves and others. do we have a right to do that?
hmnn... this ban has left me confused. should i support it and welcome it or sit scared knowing more bans are to follow...
