What a Day

Today was one of the days when i felt happy to be alive
Happy to be walking by the beach taking in all the sights, smells...
too happy that i missed the bus stop
well walked back still happy
walked over the bridge i always wanted to....
still happy...
then it came.. the slight throbbing in the head
the gnawing pain in the head
a forbearer of things to come...
well yea am being melodramatic
guess thats me...
came back home... stuffed myself cheese cake...prawns...chicken...what was i thinking
my squirrels run all over the house...am shit scared id step on them...well i did not...i us squash it.stupid thing had to sit on top of the door that i bang....
i feel lousy
just cant shake it off
am depressed
GOD HELP ME

and being tailed by a car at night is scary...
these desperate men why cant they just come and talk to you and save everyone a lotta trouble...
