but as far as i know this is the grave of a foreigner who died saving three people from drowning.pretty famous structure, a love spot... and has featured in a lot of tamil movies.... serials... sadly all the attention has been of little help to this structure which now lies in ruins.

Says everything about us as a culture doesn't it?
All we are good for is renaming Madras to Chennai and building graves for dead leaders along Marina beach.
