Presidency College, Chennai, one of the premier institutions of educational excellence in the country, was founded in 1840 by Thiru. Eyre Burton Powell. Sir Thomas Manro and Lord Elphinstone played important roles in the establishment of the college.A beautiful college to look at(the architecture is amazing)wanted very badly to study here but could not as they always sent the admission card very late and i had joined other colleges before that.(WCC,MCC,Stella maris,Pondicherry University and Madras University).I especially liked the paintings and the staircase and the building....did i leave anything?
