A wonderful event showcasing the performing arts of tamilnadu...
This is a refreshing change as tamilnadu has become synonymous with bharatanatyam and carnatic music... The event brings out the arts forms from various parts of Tamilnadu... A must watch to get the real feel of rural tamilnadu...As for me this event brings to an end to the brahminical domination of the cultural season and heralds a new beginning for the long forgotten art forms....
The final fireworks display too was amazing...went on for 15 odd minutes....
what was most surprising was the well behaved crowd...which made the event even pleasurable to watch... am not a big fan of kanimozhi but she ought to be lauded for this....Way to go .....
